Sylvia is a co-founder of Faction Media (FKA Faction Films) and has over 25 years experience as an award-winning producer and director.

Sylvia has been the EAVE Documentary Expert since 2005 and has run workshops in Colombia, South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey and Cuba.

PRODUCER | DIRECTOR

Peter has produced and directed award-winning documentaries for UK and international broadcasters since 1991. He’s made European co-productions for HBO, ARTE, TV2 Denmark, YLE Finland, WDR Germany, and more.

His first Feature Doc as Director, Off The Rails, received Best NZ Feature at Doc Edge Festival 2022 and was nominated for a BIFA Raindance Discovery Award.

Alex works across all areas at Faction, covering development research as well as admin and communications. She splits her time between Faction Media and her M.A. in Creative Business at the National Film and Television School.
